This individual will assist sites in identifying potential hazards and recommend responsible solutions to mitigate the identified hazards. They are responsible for ensuring OH&S and Chandos compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field. (CRSP) - Registered safety professional an asset National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification is required. 5+ years of varied construction safety experience. Commercial, Industrial Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Collaboration with superintendents/PMs/foremen Field-level coaching and mentorship skills Experience with TRA/FLHA/JHA development Experience with prime contractor obligations Knowledge of subtrade coordination and onboarding Additional Information: At Chandos, we're not just constructing buildings; we're crafting communities.
