Design Coordinator
Homebound is a company on a mission to revolutionize the residential construction industry using technology. They are seeking a Design Studio Coordinator to support the Design + Operations team with administrative tasks, sample management, and coordination across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Design + Operations team with all administrative needs including sample orders, displays, and inventory maintenanceWork with the Design Studio team and vendors to create sample displays and order samples for clients. Assist with maintaining well-organized and updated displays physically and digitallyAssist with data entry, document management, meeting coordination and identify opportunities for process improvementMaintain organized and current project files and assist in managing the Homebound Product Catalog with the ability to source materials as requestedSupport designers with adding products to the digital material catalog and completing data entry related to design packages, personalization, and finish schedulesAssist with redlining interior drawings, including cabinet shop drawings, interior elevations, and flooring diagrams. Experience with Bluebeam is preferredCreate mood boards and inspirational imagery aligned with design package direction. Photoshop or InDesign experience is preferredAssist with rendering reviews, redlines, and feedback to ensure design intent and accuracy are clearly capturedTravel may be required to support the setup and maintenance of Design Studios across marketsMeet metrics tied to Design Studio key results, and partner with the Director of Design + Operations to establish and uphold performance standards, goals, and deadlinesSkills1–2 years of experience in a design assistant, or related support roleExceptional organizational skills: you keep track of the details so nothing falls through the cracksA proactive, self-starting attitude with strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of your workStrong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing your attention to detailCollaborative spirit and experience working across cross-functional teams with a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experienceComfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset: you thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly as priorities evolveA positive, team-first approach that contributes to a productive and supportive work cultureExperience with Bluebeam is preferredPhotoshop or InDesign experience is preferredInterest or background in interior design, architecture, or residential construction is preferredCompany OverviewNew Updates Coming soon...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
