This individual must be skilled, personable, and committed to delivering excellent aesthetic outcomes. You will perform injectable and laser services within your licensed scope and support patients through customized consultations and treatments.Key Responsibilities:Administer injectable aesthetic treatments, including, but not limited to:Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®)Dermal fillers, Sculptra, and other advanced injectables (pending training/certification)Kybella and other FDA-approved injectables (as authorized)Perform or assist with additional procedures, including, but not limited to:RF microneedlingTetra CO₂ laserIPL and laser skin resurfacing treatmentsConduct patient consultations, create tailored treatment plans, and provide patient education on pre- and post-treatment care.Maintain accurate documentation and medical records per spa policy and regulatory guidelines.Comply with all safety and sanitation procedures and uphold best practices in aesthetic medicine.Collaborate with spa leadership to contribute to marketing events, educational promotions, and social media initiatives.Qualifications:Required:RN, BSN, or NP with an active Kansas state licenseMinimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience (required)Strong understanding of medical-grade skin care and non-surgical aesthetictreatmentsA client-centered approach with exceptional communication and interpersonalskillsConfidence working independently, with a collaborative and respectful mindsetMust be organized, punctual, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced settingPreferred:Laser treatment experience is preferredCompensation & SchedulePay: Commission-based modelBonus: Potential opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time or Part-timeLocation: In-person, Leawood, KSBenefits:Employee service and product discountsFlexible schedulingSupportive, team-first work cultureOpportunity for skill expansion and advanced trainingTo Apply:If you’re passionate about medical aesthetics and ready to grow with a leading team in Leawood, we’d love to hear from you.
