Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Associate to develop and execute compelling content and social media campaigns targeting next-generation venture capitalists, including general partners and limited partners worldwide. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to produce engaging content about startup investing or venture capital. Remote candidates are welcome. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content for social media platforms, blogs, and campaigns. • Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong social media presence to grow and engage a large audience. • Video and Podcast Support: Assist in the creation and production of video and podcast materials. • Publication Management: Oversee the timely publication of content across all social channels. • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors supporting content creation. • Event Support: Assist in producing virtual events for general partners and limited partners. Qualifications: • Experience: 2+ years of content creation experience, particularly on business-focused social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter). • Social Presence: Proven track record of developing a social following in startups or investing. • Content Success: Demonstrated ability to produce and distribute engaging social media content. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management, video, and podcasting tools. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with strong intuition. • Detail-Oriented: Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
