They are seeking a full-time retail sales representative to cover Woodman’s in Aurora, IL, responsible for selling, merchandising, and maintaining distribution within various accounts. Responsibilities Selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts Reporting tasks in a reporting system Ordering product, working product to shelves from new orders Maintaining a safe working environment while working in the stores Adhering to attendance and dress code guidelines Performing physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc Complying with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team Skills Local to the Aurora, IL area to service retailers 1 year of Merchandising experience required Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance are required High school diploma or GED equivalent is required Must have a clean driving record Must display a positive and professional attitude and appearance Must have excellent communication skills Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Email and Internet Explorer) Must have cell phone, printer and computer with internet accessibility May be subject to a background check and drug screening Retail background with planogram experience Previous retail experience Benefits 16 days of PTO 11 paid company holidays per year 2 paid volunteer days per year 3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) Medical, dental, and vision Paid company life insurance 401k with company match Company Overview C.A.
