- Forecast sales, inventory, and shipments using historical data and market trends
- Analyze customer KPI performance and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail accounts and internal stakeholders
- Assist in order management and event planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply planning
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and database applications
- Strong business analytics skills with a focus on statistic and scenario analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate assertively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a seasonal industry
- Knowledge of S&OP-APO and demand planning software
