Job description: Key Features:
Flexible Scheduling: Clinicians manage their own availability within practice hours. Priority is given to candidates with evening and weekend availability.
Hybrid/Remote Role: Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Supervision: Would be expected to supervise limited permit holders (mental health counselors) that must comply with NYS in-person supervision requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments.
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using modalities of your choice (special focus on anxiety, depression, OCD, and couples counseling).
Maintain session documentation and administrative notes.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team to ensure client success and clinical effectiveness.
Be able to offer supervision to limited licensed mental health professionals, in their development and to maintain/improve the quality and efficiency of treatment.
Assist in the coordination of orientating and training new clinicians, new and existing, to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity, program implementation, and service excellence.
Assists with staff Performance Appraisals, ongoing monitoring of performance, and application of protocols and guidelines.

Professional:
Minimum of 4-6 years of counseling experience.
Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance.
