Ball is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a high level of energy and... confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Make quick and effective decisions to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Energetic and confident personality traits
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
