The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings. We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have: β’ An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area β’ 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent β’ 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents β’ A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets β’ Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results β’ Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal #LI-Remote #LI-BO1 Apply tot his job
