Emergency Medical Technician
Taylor County is seeking a Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to work in the Adult Detention Facility (Taylor County Jail).
The EMT dispenses medications, evaluates inmate health care needs, and provides some onsite health care. Applicants will work under direction of Jail Administration and the Medical Provider.
All levels of EMT certifications are welcome; however, applicants must have 5 years of Full-Time EMT experience to be considered for the position.
Please provide copy of a valid Texas EMT certification by date of hire. Applicants must possess the ability to work with confidential information and have good moral character.
Qualified applicants will also be subject to an extensive criminal history and background investigation.

Salary: $57,137 annually + benefits
