[Remote] UGC Campaign Lead/Content Strategist [Global Remote]
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ViReal is a consumer app growth company that partners with app founders to drive installs and revenue through organic UGC and micro-influencer campaigns. The UGC Campaign Lead will be responsible for running multiple UGC campaigns, managing content strategy, and analyzing performance data to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities
⢠Lead content strategy across 6-7 UGC campaigns. Niche research, content briefs (twice weekly per campaign), creator recruitment
⢠Manage creator rosters end-to-end. Sourcing decisions, quality assessment, performance evaluation, difficult conversations, replacement decisions
⢠Analyse campaign performance data and adapt strategy in real time. This is install-focused organic UGC, so the metrics that matter are conversion and revenue, not vanity
⢠Deliver strategic reporting to clients. Clear narrative on what's working, what isn't, and what's changing, framed in a way that builds client confidence even when results are mixed
⢠Build and scale repeatable processes and frameworks alongside leadership as the campaign function grows
Skills
⢠Hungry to build and scale a company as a key early hire
⢠Fast learner with low ego
⢠Comfortable having difficult conversations. Cutting creators, pushing back on clients, delivering honest assessments when a campaign isn't working
⢠Managed UGC or influencer campaigns before, with a deep understanding of viral content and social media algorithms
⢠Proven track record of producing viral content
⢠Experience in consumer product marketing and growth
⢠Excellent written and verbal communications
⢠Strong organisational and project management skills
