Ā Review and fulfill enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions.
Ā Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for updates.
Ā Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all tasks.
Ā Be receptive to additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills
Ā Willingness to participate in both voice and non-voice processes.
Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Ability to adapt and manage changes in processes and information effectively.
Ā Capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Ā Proficiency in computer usage and technology is advantageous.
Qualifications
Ā Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or comparable customer service roles is preferred.
Ā Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
Ā Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection.
