[Remote] Sr Data Modeler - Erwin, Data Vault Modeling

PEOPLE FORCE CONSULTING INC is seeking a Sr Data Modeler to lead the design and development of scalable data models for healthcare payer data initiatives. The role involves working remotely with cross-functional teams to support data warehouse migrations and enable analytics through optimized data structures. Responsibilities • Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models • Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories • Analyze source systems and define bolthires schemas in Snowflake • Lead data warehouse migration from legacy platforms to Snowflake • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements • Implement data governance-compliant schemas • Support ETL processes and data warehousing initiatives • Apply industry best practices for data modeling and database design • Use tools like Matillion, Visio, and BPMN for documentation and modeling • Translate business needs into optimized data structures for analytics and reporting Skills • Minimum 10 years of experience in data modeling and data warehousing • Proven expertise in Snowflake, Azure, and SQL • Experience in Healthcare Payers domain.• Familiarity with Power BI, Matillion, and Lakehouse architecture • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and canonical models • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Relevant certifications in data platforms or cloud technologies are a plus • Recent 5 yrs in Healthcare Domain, Data Vault Modeling, ERWIN Company Overview • People Force Consulting is an innovative and leading Technology Solutions provider.
