[Remote] Training Business Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HH Global is searching for a dynamic Training Business Partner to support capability development across North American operations. This role involves designing, deploying, and evaluating training programs to enhance colleague performance and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesPrepare effective training programs, organize seminars, workshops, individual training sessions with internal SME’s or external training providers; aligned to the business needs and training curriculumEngaging with our Client Engagement community to deploy first class training as required in a consistent manner, regardless of geographyDeploy training content; survey and collate feedback at the end of each session as requiredSupport internal SME’s and external training providers by assessing all pre and post training requirementsWorking with the Learning Content Creation teams to ensure the training material is tailored to the audience, culture, and languageEvaluate/conduct research to determine where operational skills are lacking in teamsProposing the most effective training channel and responsible for the planning and implementation of the trainingTaking briefs from internal business teams and ensures that requests align with business objectives and learners needsWorking closely with the Learning Content Creation team to brief in requirementIdentify the right channel to deploy the trainingSchedule appropriate training sessionsWorking with the Learning Content Creation team to ensure that materials required for the sessions are fit for purpose and reflect the requirement briefImplement the training curriculum effectivelyConduct surveys to gauge effectiveness of training programsOversee and direct seminars, workshops and individual training sessionsResearch new training methodsEnsure the documentation and version control of training collateralPlay a leading role in the delivery of colleague satisfaction and management of external providersManage and record training attendance and follow upsSkillsBA/BS Degree in business or equivalent industry experience1-3+ years experience with Business management trainingProficient in MS Office especially PowerPointExcellent interpersonal skills, approachable, articulate, and able to develop positive relationships at all levels, with all types of people and in all countriesOutstanding communication, presentation, public speaking and facilitation skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsMust be empathetic and sensitive to audience requirements, cultures and learning stylesAligns learning solutions with organizational and learner needsPromotes collaboration, partnerships, and teamwork throughout the organizationThinks strategically; is knowledgeable about the organizations vision, goals, business issues and cultureEstablishes trust and professional credibilitySelects and sequences content and instructional methods appropriate for the project and learners' diversityExcellent time managementProblem solving and demonstrates effective questioning skillsCoaching, adaptability, and excellent listening skillsStimulates and sustains learner motivation and encourages participationPeople management skills, putting people at ease, empatheticAnalyzes evaluation results against organizational goalsExperience of Technical skills trainingE-learning software is a plusBenefitsHealthcare, dental + vision insurance.Short-term and long-term disability coverage.401k with discretionary company match.16 days of PTO with 9 company holidays + 3 floating holidays.Company OverviewHH Global is the trusted marketing execution partner of the world’s leading brands.
