Associate-Digital Product Management

They are seeking an Associate in Digital Product Management to join the GMNS Product Capability Delivery team, where the role involves improving merchant transaction capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product features. The ideal candidate will be strategic, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and business solutions.ResponsibilitiesBuild, update, and improve policies and procedures of the Merchant Operational Data and Unified Services (MODUS) application. Craft and maintain a product backlog for MODUS and ensure user stories are aligned to underlying outcomesDevelop the business case for new features. Research regulatory development and provide preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing products. Prepare the documentation of as-is processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings and standard methodologiesAct as a point of contact for internal inquiries.
