This remote position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency within federal healthcare IT environments, requiring occasional travel to our Fairfax, VA office.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Lead and manage projects to ensure timely completion while promoting stakeholder collaboration.
Ā Provide expert guidance on records management practices, technologies, and standards.
Ā Plan and implement system upgrades or improvements to enhance records management capabilities.
Ā Clearly communicate technical information to a varied audience, including IT professionals and federal personnel.
Ā Identify and address complex challenges, developing automation and process management solutions as needed.
Ā Create comprehensive technical documentation and deliver necessary training to guarantee project success.
Required Skills
Ā Expertise in OpenText Content Server and OpenText Records Management.
Ā In-depth knowledge of records management best practices and standards.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Ā Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, tailored for diverse audiences.
Ā OpenText certifications (e.g., ECM Consultant, Content Server Developer) are highly desirable.
Ā PMP certification is advantageous.
Ā Familiarity with Cloud Hosting and OpenText Process Suite software is a plus.
Qualifications
Ā A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Ā A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years dedicated to OpenText Content Server or OpenText Records Management.
Ā At least 2 years of experience in records management business processes.
Ā Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise records management solutions for federal clients.
Ā Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) environments is preferred.
