In-depth understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities tailored to both children and adults.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
Basic computer skills for communication and documentation purposes.
Qualifications
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
A clean background check is mandatory.
CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hiring.
Previous experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred, but non-school-related experiences are also welcomed.
Knowledge of early childhood education and developmental milestones is advantageous.
Experience in planning lessons and activities that comply with educational standards is desirable.
Familiarity with positive discipline techniques and classroom management strategies is a plus.
Comfortable with flexible scheduling and adapting to different classroom environments.
