Technical Assistance: Offer technical support to customers and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of online courses and platforms.
Content Management: Assist in formatting, and editing course materials using Microsoft Word and other software.
Writing and Reviewing: Write, review, and edit documents and course materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Communication: Coordinate with various departments to streamline activities, provide updates, and ensure cohesive workflow.
Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Experience in a support role, preferably in a remote setting. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable with using various online tools and platforms.
