Senior Counsel II, Governance - Public Company Legal Advisor

Description As a Senior Counsel II in Governance, you will provide essential legal advice on SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K/Q, 8-K, and the Proxy Statement. Your role will involve advising on legal obligations and best practice trends for boards of publicly traded companies, supporting the preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings, and assisting with the execution of the Company’s robust shareholder engagement program.
