Customer Service – Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

What You’ll Do
• Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding orders.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain organized and accurate records.
Use digital tools such as Shipstation, Finale, Gmail, and Google Drive.
• Learn details about more than 300 products.
• Assist with documentation, projects, and inventory organization.
• Operate basic office equipment (counting scale, label printer, inkjet printer, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
• Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Full-time availability.
