[Remote] Sr. Talent Analytics & Insights Partner

The Sr. Talent Analytics & Insights Partner will leverage data-driven insights to design measurement frameworks and predictive analytics that drive talent and learning strategies, influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design scalable measurement frameworks for talent and learning programs to showcase impact and ROI
ā¢ Tell the holistic talent and learning story through dashboards, reports, and presentations that help drive decision making
ā¢ Analyze and interpret workforce data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across the talent lifecycle
ā¢ Develop predictive analytics models to identify potential hot spots and inform proactive talent interventions
ā¢ Partner with HR, Talent, Learning & Performance, and business leaders to translate insights into strategies that future-proof our workforce
ā¢ Ensure data integrity and compliance while driving innovation in talent analytics practices
ā¢ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
ā¢ Expertise in data analytics, visualization, and predictive modeling (SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau)
ā¢ Understanding of HR and talent metrics (engagement, retention, learning effectiveness, performance)
ā¢ Ability to connect data to business outcomes and craft a clear, compelling narrative
ā¢ Experience with measurement strategy for learning and talent initiatives
ā¢ Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for leveraging data to shape the future of work
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree
ā¢ 5-7 Years of Relevant Work Experience
