Job Summary of Closing Shift:
This role is focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience at Baskin Robbins. This role are responsible for preparing and serving products, maintaining clean and organized work areas, adhering to brand standards, and supporting overall store operations while working collaboratively as part of a team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Closing Shift:
ā¢ Foster a positive team environment by communicating effectively, treating others with respect, and responding constructively to feedback.
ā¢ Prioritize guest satisfaction, addressing specific needs and resolving concerns promptly.
ā¢ Prepare and serve products according to recipes and brand standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
ā¢ Maintain clean and organized workstations and guest areas, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
ā¢ Support training and development of other team members as needed.
ā¢ Follow all procedures for cash handling, food safety, and operational compliance.
ā¢ Suggest products to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications and Experience of Closing Shift:
ā¢ Prior experience in food service, retail, or similar environments preferred.
ā¢ Fluent in English with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
ā¢ Authorized to work in the United States.
ā¢ Strong focus on guest satisfaction and results-driven mindset.
ā¢ Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
