Essential Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management and/or product design, with a strong background in data entry and management.
3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research groups, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Critical thinking/analytical management experience, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive data-driven decision making.
Experience communicating to senior government audiences, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and growing both individual contributors and senior leaders, with a strong focus on talent development and team building.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related subject, with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a customer-centered technology business, with a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
Experience building 0-1 products, platform/environment products, or marketplaces, with a proven track record of innovation and entrepreneurship.
