Job Summary
As our ideal candidate, you will leverage your expertise in software development to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable platforms. You'll work closely with passionate leaders to tackle challenging topics, driving innovation and growth. With a strong balance of software development and debugging skills, you'll own the delivery of high-quality products, focusing on functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and implement solutions, including coding, configuration, and documentation
Design and build large-scale distributed systems with high availability and resilience
Leverage modern cloud-first technologies to create efficient processes
Partner with peers and senior leadership to drive success
Analyze and report data, identifying trends and anomalies
Maintain awareness of industry trends and evaluate new software tools
Commit to delivering high-quality results, meeting customer and management expectations
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience, with a focus on PHP, AWS Cloud, and Laravel
Skilled in designing and building large-scale distributed systems
Proficient in AWS Cloud services, CI/CD processes, and tools
Proficient in JavaScript (preferably with jQuery, React, and React Native)
1 year of experience with mobile development (iOS/Android)
Advanced understanding of software reliability, maintainability, security, and performance
Proven track record in implementing process improvements and resolving live system issues
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry changes
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
