• Work effectively within a hybrid agile environment, managing timeline extensions, escalating issues. • Communicate Effectively for status reviews, discussing progress, risks, impediments to maintain project quality. • Strong analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements, solve problems, and propose innovative solutions. • Experience with API testing: Proficient in designing, executing, and automating tests for REST/SOAP APIs; able to validate data, error handling, and security scenarios. • Hands-on experience with end-to-end integration testing involving multiple stakeholders and platforms. • Design and develop quality test cases from Business Requirement Documents. • Solid understanding of project management principles and experience managing cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with establishing and reviewing ITIL and SDLC processes. • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, TestRail, Postman etc). • Experience working in hybrid agile environments. • Certification in relevant QA, project management, or Agile methodologies (e.g., ISTQB) is preferred.
