Responsibilities:
Ā Manage and oversee IEP development and implementation for assigned students.
Ā Ensure all documentation meets state and federal special education regulations.
Ā Communicate regularly with parents, educators, and related service providers.
Ā Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ā Provide virtual support and guidance for special education staff.
Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
Ā North Dakota certification in Special Education.
Ā Experience in case management and IEP coordination.
Ā Strong technology skills for virtual documentation and meetings.
Ā Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication.
