[Remote] Scrum Master - W2 only

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team on a 12+ month contract. The role involves managing Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, requiring experience in the Utility Industry or Customer Information Systems. Responsibilities • Experience running all ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Readiness, Demos / Reviews, Retrospectives • Experience managing teams' stories, tracking dependencies, and supporting delivery • Experience writing User Stories Skills • SAFe Certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC, SPCT) • 5–8 years as a Scrum Master • 1–2 years using SAFe • Must have experience managing 1–3 Agile teams, 10–20 people total • Experience running all ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Readiness, Demos / Reviews, Retrospectives • Experience managing teams' stories, tracking dependencies, and supporting delivery • Experience writing User Stories • Minimum 1 year hands-on with Azure DevOps • Utility Industry experience (gas/electric) OR Customer Information Systems domain experience • API Integrations • Middleware / Microservices • SAP systems integration • SAP S/4HANA or SAP HANA transformation programs • Work Management Systems: INFOR, OpenGrid • System integrators (e.g., Accenture) Company Overview • The Holistic Partners is the premier technical staffing firm head quartered in the MA.
