Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Instructor/Trainer, your responsibilities will include:
Ā Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive training programs, frameworks, and evaluation metrics to ensure exceptional learning experiences.
Ā Partnering with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training programs align with overarching business objectives.
Ā Crafting engaging, experiential learning activities and captivating curricula to enhance knowledge retention and achieve positive outcomes for our clientele.
Ā Continuously updating training materials in alignment with product enhancements and curricular updates, ensuring consistency across training modalities.
Ā Creating advanced instructor-led training sessions that adapt to the ever-evolving needs of our customers.
Ā Proposing ongoing enhancements to improve the learning experience and broaden our educational services.
Ā Staying abreast of industry tools and technologies to refine both virtual and in-person training experiences.
Required Skills
Ā 5-7+ years of experience in one of the following domains within a SaaS or iPaaS company:
Ā Technical instruction
Ā Solutions engineering or consulting (pre- or post-sales)
Ā Customer-facing professional services
Ā Preferred candidates will have:
Ā Experience as a technical instructor
Ā A background in iPaaS, automation, integration, or closely related technologies
Ā A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Ā Proximity to office locations in Mountain View, CA, or Denver, CO.
Ā Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time.
