This recruiter will own the end-to-end recruiting process for mid and senior-level roles across ourSales, Revenue, and Success organizations, with occasional support for Marketing. You’ll develop sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience—all while managing multiple high-priority requisitions. As a key strategic partner, you’ll collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure we hire top Sales talent who will drive our mission forward.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior positions acrossSales, Success, RevOps, and MarketingSource and engageAccount Executives, Sales Managers, and Go-To-Market leaderswho thrive in high-velocity, quota-carrying environmentsDevelop and implement sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pipeline of candidatesConduct 15+ phone screens per week, driving 360+ sourcing reachouts per quarterLead structured interviews, including designing interview plans and running debriefsProvide an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptanceCollaborate closely with business leaders, ensuring alignment on role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profilesUtilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize processes, and inform decision-makingSupport DEI efforts by creating diverse interview panels and promoting equitable hiring practicesManage recruiting efforts autonomously, while following established recruiting processesPartner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation to streamline the process and offersRequirements7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus onSales, Revenue, and GTMroles (AE, SDR, Sales Leadership, RevOps)Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong experience partnering with leaders at all levels, from front-line managers to VPsExpertise in data-driven recruiting, leveraging analytics to shape talent strategyFamiliarity withsales org structures, quota-carrying roles, and product-led growth business modelsExperience with tools like Gem and Greenhouse (or similar recruiting platforms)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functionsHighly organized with strong attention to detail; able to pivot quickly and manage multiple requisitionsPassion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and hiring top Sales talent to drive Apollo.io's missionWhy You’ll Love Working at ApolloAt Apollo, we’re driven by a shared mission: to help our customers unlock their full revenue potential.
