Our Client is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day human resources operations and deliver an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily applicant activity within the applicant tracking system and coordinate with the recruiting team as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates on all candidate statuses.
- Partner with department leaders to support employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Manage the full onboarding process, including employment documentation, credential checks, background screenings, and scheduling of pre‑employment requirements.
- Coordinate and assist with new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support employee relations by helping ensure appropriate issue‑resolution processes are followed.
- Prepare incident and injury reports and support follow‑up steps as required.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and conduct necessary follow‑ups.
- Maintain organized, compliant, and up‑to‑date employee records.
Qualifications
- Associate degree with 5+ years of HR Coordinator or HR Manager experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a healthcare or long‑term care environment.
