Key Responsibilities
Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive growth across eCommerce, Acquisition, and Retention
Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and other data visualizations to inform key business decisions
Leverage reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive opportunities
Conduct error analysis of digital products and identify areas for improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT, to deliver timely and accurate insights
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through weekly data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Google Analytics Certification is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the travel industry
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu
Knowledge of coding and design best practices
Experience with Azure Dev Ops
