[Remote] Senior Sports Sales Specialist

TheSenior Sports Sales Specialist serves as a trusted advisor to student-athletes, utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet their recruiting needs. Responsibilities • Provide detailed video demonstrations of NCSA’s online tools and benefits for families during evening hours and on weekends • Match the needs of the student-athlete with the appropriate NCSA membership • Serve as the key point of contact during the sales cycle • Participate in sales team meetings via video • Leverage technology such as CRM and other applicable software • Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals that impact your uncapped earnings potential Skills • The ability to work a non-traditional schedule of nights and weekends • Competitive and results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals • 5+ years of professional experience in sales or coaching • Former collegiate athletic or coaching experience • A passion for sports and for providing world class customer service • Strong general computer skills, including efficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., bolthires Office, etc) and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly • Understanding of CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) • In-depth knowledge of the athletic recruiting process • Bachelor's degree • Bilingual Benefits • Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision • Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account options • 401k with an Employer Match • Short Term and Long Term Disability • Group and Supplemental Life & AD&D • Gym Discount Program • Pet Insurance • Wellbeing Program • And more!Company Overview • At NCSA College Recruiting, we believe in the transformative power of sports.
