Title: Remote Sales/Business Development Representative

General: A Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while supporting Business Development Representatives and Management
Responsible To: Regional VP of Sales
Responsibilities and Duties of the Sales/Business Development Representative:
Assist in advertising and selling company products to create competitive market advantages.
Conduct cold calls and lead discovery calls to drive sales growth and develop a strong pipeline.
Manage source sales through email, cold calling, in-person meetings and follow-up communications.
Work with Contracts and VP of Business Development on pricing and contract negotiations.
Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Enter and maintain contact details, customer information, contracts and log meetings/notes in the CRM.
Collaborate with Billing and Facility Teams to collect overdue amounts as needed.
Attend exhibitions, conventions, and other events to support product and service sales.
Ensure compliance with training and certification requirements.
Maintain and operate the company vehicle, review repairs and Fleetmatics Data.
Adhere to company policies and safety/environmental regulations.
This will be a remote position with some travel.
Qualifications for Sales/Business Development Representative
Business/Marketing degree preferred.
Minimum of two years experience in sales and/or operations in medical or durable medical equipment preferred.
Strong organizational skills with knowledge of office records development, maintenance, and control.
Basic computer skills and proficiency.
Ability to develop, organize, and coordinate paperwork flow efficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
In-depth knowledge of products, including their functionalities, advantages and disadvantages.
