Role Description


The eLearning Content Developer designs and creates high-end online courses and training resources for clients.



Contribute to the development of conceptual design


Assist in course storyboarding and develop creative and intuitive solutions for online learning


Collaborate with clients and team members to design interactive online training content


Produce instructional training videos


Design and develop customized simulations, activities, assessments, and games


Create, upload, and manage lesson content



Qualifications



Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred


2-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital or print layout, or related skillset


Experience creating content using Articulate Rise and Storyline


Experience creating animated videos with Vyond is advantageous


Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Software


Familiarity with basic video and audio editing software



Requirements



Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external team members


Creativity and design background and skills (Applicants asked to provide a portfolio of examples)


Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required)


Capability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines


Capable of conducting client meetings to understand their needs and collaborate on content strategies and delivery


Basic understanding and application of HTML/CSS


Strong written and verbal communication skills


Skills in audio/video production are beneficial
