Key Responsibilities
Ā• Provide continuous remote monitoring and support for critically ill patients.
Ā• Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ā• Respond proactively to changes in patient conditions and assist in managing acute illnesses.
Ā• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights to best practices in eICU care.
Ā• Serve as a mentor and resource for bedside nurses in the management of critically ill patients.

Required Skills

Qualifications
Ā• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Ā• A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
Ā• Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state.
Ā• Current CPR/BLS certification.
Ā• ACLS certification is required within the first 6 months of employment.
