Specifically, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, communications, or business administration. 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Strong technical skills and proficiency with web chat platforms and tools, including experience with chatbots, AI-powered chat tools, and other emerging technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
