Responsibilities Providing professional consulting advice to clients who have requested help (no cold calling) Building tailored policies to meet clients' needs Developing & maintaining a book of business through meaningful relationships with clients Skills Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed You are humble, coachable, and eager to learn High Integrity Individuals: You operate with high ethical standards and utmost professionalism in and out of business environments Independently Strong Work Ethic: You understand the value of hard work and know that your results are a direct reflection of your actions Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies).If you aren't licensed, we walk you step by step through the licensing process Must be a US Citizen for licensing requirements Licensed Life Insurance Agents Benefits Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses Training, coaching, and 1:1 mentorship from us and our team of successful agents No Territory Limits.
