The role involves teleworking to provide consulting advice to clients, create tailored insurance policies, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Providing professional consulting advice to clients who have requested help (no cold calling) Building tailored policies to meet clients' needs Developing & maintaining a book of business through meaningful relationships with clients Skills Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed You are humble, coachable, and eager to learn High Integrity Individuals: You operate with high ethical standards and utmost professionalism in and out of business environments Independently Strong Work Ethic: You understand the value of hard work and know that your results are a direct reflection of your actions Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies).
