Remote Property Manager for Vacation Rentals

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of vacation rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Manage bookings, including guest communications, inquiries, and reservations.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgets, revenue tracking, and forecasting for property owners.
• Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and enhance property visibility.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Work closely with local vendors and service providers to maintain excellent service quality.
Required and preferred qualifications
• Certification in Property Management is required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and property owners.
• Experience with property management software and tools.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Understanding of local rental laws and regulations.

The Property Manager position offers flexible working hours, allowing them to work between 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on the agreement we finalize with them.
In terms of workload, the Property Manager will be responsible for managing up to 8 properties per month, also depending on the specific arrangement and capacity agreed upon.
The salary for a Property Manager ranges from £1,100 to £2,200 per month, depending on whether a part-time or full-time agreement is offered. Additionally, the Property Manager receives a 2% bonus based on the total value of confirmed bookings.
