As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, answering questions, providing education, and solving complex HR and financial issues related to healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework. Leverage computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support, including assisting callers in navigating the system. Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist customers with updates or inquiries. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to clients. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and adapting to change skills. Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. Empathy and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a premier HR contact center or similar environment. Knowledge of HR and financial concepts, including healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, and payroll. Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
