 Serve as a liaison for client and vendor communications, coordinating meetings and facilitating smooth interactions.
 Conduct thorough research to gather insights on potential leads and vendors, presenting well-structured reports to aid decision-making.
 Create video updates using asynchronous tools like Loom to keep clients and partners informedÂcomfort on camera is essential.
Required Skills
 Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across various channels (email, phone, Slack, video).
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for efficiency.
 A curious mindset, open to learning and exploring new topics and tools.
 Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., website builders, Google Analytics, Canva) is advantageous.
 Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
 Previous remote work experience, with an understanding of the dynamics of independent work.
 Tech-savvy, capable of quickly adapting to new tools (knowledge of Slack, ClickUp, or Loom is a plus).
