What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive adoption and growth of the Align digital platform in targeted dental offices
- Foster positive relationships with dental professionals to enhance scanner utilization and patient education
- Perform customer assessments to understand business needs and establish account goals
- Provide clinical support and training to maximize scanner usage and improve workflows
- Utilize data analytics to monitor progress and communicate results to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BachelorÂs degree or equivalent experience; training or consulting role preferred
- Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) preferred
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in a related health industry (dental, orthodontics, etc.)
- High level of proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and SFDC
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a training or consulting role within the dental field
- Proven ability to organize and motivate teams effectively
- Familiarity with dental office workflows and practices
- Advanced strategic skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Established relationships within dental care organizations
