Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Back Office team, including document management, record keeping, and filing. Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry and management of important information. Communication: Assist in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Documentation: Prepare, review, and update office documents and reports as needed. Process Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
