Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8AM - 4PM Total Weekly Hours: 25 hours per week This caregiving position involves supporting a young female member with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and a speech impediment. The member is not bedbound and does not have any physical diseases, but may require assistance with communication, daily routines, and structured activities to promote independence and engagement. The ideal caregiver will be patient, compassionate, and experienced in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a calm, supportive environment are essential. The caregiver will also need to work collaboratively with the member’s mother, who resides in the home. No pets are present in the home, and the member is a non-smoker.
