What You Will Do:

What you need to succeed in this role:
⢠Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
⢠Experience in customer service
⢠Analytical and research skills
⢠Positive and responsible attitude
⢠Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbpsâdownload and 40 Mbpsâupload)
Will be a great plus:
