Freight Broker –Remote (Chicago-Based) | 1099 | up to 50% Commission on Gross Profit Company Overview We’re hiring on behalf of a small, agile freight brokerage based in Chicago, IL, proudly in business since 2018. With a tight-knit team and a strong foundation, we’re growing our operation and looking for a motivated freight broker who’s ready to plug in and earn big. Position Overview We’re looking for a self-driven, experienced freight broker who thrives in a performance-based environment. This is a 1099 contractor position, fully remote, with uncapped earning potential.You’ll earn 50% of all gross profit you generate—no cap, no limits. If you can bring in freight, maintain customer relationships, and book loads. We’ll support you with everything else you need to move it.
