What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, support, and educate clinic registration staff on standard processes
- Identify documentation and training gaps in collaboration with clinics
- Provide ongoing communication regarding up-to-date insurance information
- Serve as an expert for internal customers on various insurers in the region
- Ensure accurate communication of agency requirements to the appropriate individuals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience working in a clinic front office or revenue cycle environment
- 5 years of experience in insurance billing within an insurance follow-up department
- Compliance with state laws and requirements for driving, including proof of driverÂs license and auto insurance upon request
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience providing education or training, or presenting information to large groups
