**About the Job**
As a Customer Service Representative at WorkWise, you'll play a critical role in helping us establish a strong presence in new markets and build lasting relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for:
* Closing clients in new markets as assigned
* Developing and executing stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
* Cultivating prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
* Onboarding existing clients' locations information
* Documenting all stakeholder interactions into our CRM system
* Working closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
* Being responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships
* Playing a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
* Ensuring our recruiting pipeline is aligned with our sales pipeline
* Networking actively to expand our presence in the market
