Key Responsibilities
Ā Collaborate with the pharmacy help desk grievance team to effectively address and resolve issues.
Ā Accurately enter and route grievances to the appropriate coordinators.
Ā Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership.
Ā Perform additional tasks as required to support the pharmacy team.
Required Skills
Ā A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy settings.
Ā Proficient computer skills, including typing, Outlook, and Excel.
Ā Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Ā Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Ā Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new processes.
Ā Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and patients.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or GED is required.
Ā At least one year of pharmacy experience working under a licensed pharmacist or completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program.
Ā Familiarity with the third-party claims process is preferred.
