We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and technology-savvy individual to join our dynamic music school as a Part-Time Receptionist. You will serve as the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, playing an integral role in ensuring that our daily operations run seamlessly while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ā Manage phone and email communications, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
Ā Oversee incoming calls and emails to guarantee all inquiries are addressed promptly.
Ā Facilitate student enrollments and efficiently schedule music lessons.
Ā Communicate information regarding upcoming events to students, staff, and parents.
Ā Handle social media postings to engage our music community.
Ā Create and distribute a monthly newsletter highlighting school news, events, and student achievements.
Ā Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and promotion.
Required Skills
Ā Outstanding communication skills through phone and email, with a warm and personable approach.
Ā Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ā Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for promotional activities.
Ā Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Click Funnels) is advantageous.
Ā Experience or proficiency with design tools (Canva) is a plus.
Ā A genuine passion for music and the arts is preferred.
Ā A positive, team-oriented attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
