About the Position...
Ā Full-time role based in Israel with remote work options
Ā Periodic travel to Cyprus required
Ā Responsible for developing and expanding the company's activities in Israel
Key Responsibilities::
Ā Identify new business opportunities in the Israeli market
Ā Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners
Ā Conduct market research and develop strategies to promote investment properties
Ā Generate high-quality leads for the Sales Team
Ā Negotiate deals and close contracts
Ā Analyze market trends and prepare reports and presentations for management
Requirements:
Ā Proven success in a similar business development role, preferably in real estate
Ā Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and access to investors
Ā Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Ā Proficiency in English - mandatory
Ā Skills in sales analytics, market research, and presentation
Ā Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Ā Strategic thinking and high adaptability
Ā Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ā Excellent time management skills
